At Our Savior Lutheran Church, we believe every child is deeply loved by God and has a place in His family. Our Children’s Ministry is designed to help kids know Jesus, grow in faith, and feel connected to a caring church community. Through age-appropriate teaching and joyful relationships, we help children understand God’s love and truth in ways that stick.
Time: Sunday's, 9:30 - 10:30am
Our Sunday School program welcomes children from preschool through 6th grade for a fun and meaningful hour of learning each week. Kids begin with a shared group time for music and games, then break into smaller age-based classes where they explore Scripture, ask questions, and apply biblical truth in ways they understand.
Group Time, 9:30-9:45am:
All age groups gather together for a large activity in the Communicaty Center. This is a time for fellowship, fund and starting the day with a shared experience setting the tone for lessons ahead.
Learning Time, 9:45-10:30am
Children break into age-specific groups to dive deeper into God's Word through engaging lessons tailored to their learning stage.
Children explore the rich stories of the Old and New Testaments through music, crafts, and hands-on activities learning about God’s love and the heroes of the Bible in a fun, meaningful way.
Students build a deeper understanding of their faith by studying key catechism lessons and learning the foundations of Christian teaching.
Older students engage in advanced Bible study, preparing for Confirmation by learning how to live out their faith with confidence and purpose.
Time: During Sunday Worship Service
During Sunday worship, we take a special moment to focus on our youngest worshipers. Kids are invited to the front of the sanctuary for a short, engaging message designed just for them using stories, visuals, and interactive teaching to bring Scripture to life. It’s a joyful way for kids to feel included and spiritually fed during service.
